Description
Newspaper Clipping titled Two Generals Warn of Autocracy. Article discusses honorary degrees of doctor of humane letters were given to Gen. Douglas MacArthur and Gen. Patrick J. Hurley at Founders' Day ceremony. Article contains photo of honorary degree recipients at ceremony, which included: Eugene Constantin Jr., Robert C. Hill, Bishop Thomas K. Gorman, Gen. Patrick J. Hurley, and Edward R. Maher. Gen. Douglas MacArthur accepted his degree in absentia. Dr. Robert Morris conferred honorary degrees.
